Latest offer for Hardrick is a big one

He's one of the biggest JC offensive line recruits in the country and on Tuesday Fort Scott OT Jermarcus Hardrick (6-7, 315) got a huge offer, this one coming from one of the top football programs SEC as well as the country. Hardrick put in a call to JCFootball.com and updated us on things and said he's very high on his latest offer...

"LSU offered me today," Hardrick told JCFootball.com. "They are the big one for me, the one I've been waiting for.

"They are close to home, my momma can watch me play ball and they are always at the top. I'm not ready to commit, but I'll just say I'm very high on LSU."

The Tigers join Ole Miss, Nebraska, Arkansas, South Florida and Southern Miss as schools that have offered while schools like Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Florida and Kentucky all have shown interest in the big, physically imposing tackle.

"It's all going well for me right now," Hardrick said. "I'm not going to make a decision real soon, but its all going good for me and I'm glad all these schools like me a lot."

Hardrick said he plans to take an unofficial visit to LSU after Fort Scott's spring practices end sometime in May and he hopes to get a clearer picture of what there is to offer in Baton Rouge.

Hardrick will sign with a school in December and he'll have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
