Hayward, Calif. - The 2010 JCFootball.com NorCal Combine was held on May 22 at Chabot College. Participants got plenty of reps in spirited 1:1 and 7-on-7 periods. Here's a complete results report and notes on a few players who stood out.

The 2010 NorCal Junior College Football Combine Results are available online.

This year's Wheels Awards go to CB Kevin Frank of Sierra College and WR David Jordan of Valley Forge Military (not really a JC). Frank ran a 4.47 forty and clocked a great 4.19 short shuttle. Right there with him was Jordan who ran 4.48 and zipped through the shuttle run in 4.0.

LB James McCollough, who plays for state champion runner up, College of San Mateo, got through his shuttle in a genuine hurry - 3.91. On top of that he ran a 4.56 forty and can hang his hat on a nice 33.8 vertical.

Our Hops Awards go to San Joaquin Delta DB/PR Beau Fryer, Reedley WR/KR Enadiahe Equaze, and RB Dennis Reed who plays for Riverside. Fryer leaped 36.3, Eguaze 36.2, while Reed went for 36.

And finally, the Strongman Awards are being handed to Frank (20 x 185 lb.), Fryer (21 x 185), Solano QB Boy Humphrey (22 x 225), Solano SS Robert Shafer (24 x 225), Modesto MLB Rashaad Franco (25 x 225), Laney DL/LB Justin Seals (24 x 225), Gavilan OL David Tapia-Padron (22 x 225), and Modesto LB Tony Zizzo (34 x 225).

We'll update this report with a few notes from the one-on-ones later this week.
