The Astros kicked off Memorial Day Weekend with their third straight victory, defeating the Baltimore Orioles 5-2.
The Astros got the scoring started in the first, as Jose Altuve doubled over the center fielder's head to score George Springer from first.
Springer showed some serious hustle on the play, flying around third and coming into home with a head-first slide.
Springer added to the Astro's lead in the lead in the fourth, crushing a 447 foot homer onto the railroad tracks in left-center field.
Dallas Keuchel cruised through six innings, allowing one run on four hits while striking out eight. It was Keuchel's eighth win of the season, most in the majors. His ERA is now 1.81.
Hoyt, Gregerson and Harris combined to finish the game.
Carlos Correa made the standout defensive play of the game, an off-balance, over the shoulder catch in the eighth.
The Astros have won five of their last six. They will go for the series sweep tomorrow as Lance McCullers faces off against Alec Asher.
