Stockton Photo Gallery: Ports Fall To Quakes

STOCKTON - The Stockton Ports jumped out to an early lead over Rancho Cucamonga on Sunday, but the Quakes fought back in the middle innings to earn a 7-4 win. We have exclusive photos from that game.

The Stockton Ports had their power bats working early against Los Angeles Dodgers' prospect Chris Anderson, but the Ports couldn't muster much offense after Anderson departed the game and Stockton fell to Rancho Cucamonga, 7-4. Renato Nunez (5) and Bobby Crocker (2) each hit a two-run homer. Nunez's blast came in the first, while Crocker connected in the second.

Matt Buschmann made his Stockton debut and he allowed three runs in four innings and received a no-decision. Buschmann gave up two solo homeruns and walked three while striking out four.

RHP Jonathan Joseph got the loss for Stockton. He allowed four runs in one-plus innings of relief. Jeremy Barfield and Austin House combined to toss three innings of scoreless relief, but the Ports could move no closer against the Rancho bullpen.

Below are exclusive photos from the May 4th game.
