A little over a year ago, longtime Oakland A's radio voice Ken Korach released his book "Holy Toledo: Lessons from Bill King, Renaissance Man of the Mic". The well-received biography details the life of the legendary Oakland A's, Oakland Raiders and Golden State Warriors broadcaster Bill King through the lens of King's A's radio partner and life-long fan Korach. Any Bay Area sports fan who grew up listening to King or any younger Bay Area sports fan looking to learn more about the history of Bay Area sports will love this book, which is available for purchase on Amazon here.
Korach will be in the Bay Area on December 6 for two separate book signings. A's fans interested in hearing from Korach about his experiences with King and his time writing the book should mark down these dates. Books will be available for sale at each event.
The first book signing will be at the Barnes and Noble in Dublin. The event will last from noon until 2 p.m. on December 6. The address for the Dublin Barnes and Noble is Hacienda Crossings, 4972 Dublin Boulevard, Dublin, CA.
Then from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on December 6, Korach will be at the Barnes and Noble in Emeryville. The address of the Emeryville Barnes and Noble is 5604 Bay St, Emeryville, CA.
