It was a solo shot that came in the 5th inning against Asheville starter Zach Jemiola. This was Davidson's first home run in the Braves' system. He did not homer last year in 147 at bats with the GCL Braves and Danville.
Davidson unfortunately made two errors in right field. His transition from first base to the outfield will be a work in progress.

It was a rough night for Mississippi starter Jason Hursh, who walked four batters in his three innings of work. Three walks in the third inning helped Tennessee score three runs. The Smokies won the game 7-2.
