BravesCenter's Bill Shanks will talk about the Braves Friday afternoon on the Braves' flagship station in Atlanta.

BravesCenter Publisher Bill Shanks will be on WGST's "The Kimmer" program Friday afternoon at 5:20 pm.

Shanks will talk about the Braves, ten days before the start of the 2006 season. He has provided extensive coverage from Disney's Wide World of Sports throughout the month of March.

Shanks will also talk about Scout's Honor: The Bravest Way To Build A Winning Team, his book on baseball scouting and player development philosophy which uses the Braves as the main focus. The book has scouting stories about how the Braves scouted, signed, and developed Chipper Jones, Marcus Giles, Jeff Francoeur, Brian McCann, and others. Plus it discusses how many of the Braves' executives developed the philosophies that have proved so successful over the years.
