St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jordan Swagerty completed his Injury Rehab Assignment with the Gulf Coast League Cardinals. On Saturday, the right-hander was activated from Springfield's disabled list and transferred to A-Advanced Palm Beach.
In three GCL games covering four innings, Swagerty allowed no runs on two hits. He fanned five and walked none.
The Florida State League Cardinals came into the weekend one player short, so no other move was required to make room for Swagerty.
