Cardinals Winter Leagues Notebook: 11/10/10

Jose Martinez repeats as Player of the Day with a two double, one home run and four RBI performance. Romulo Ruiz with two hits, one home run and three RBI and Roberto Espinoza had two hits, one double and three RBI in Venezuelan Parallel League play. Evan MacLane pitches six scoreless for the win in the Dominican.

Arizona Fall League

 

Tony Cruz (Memphis-Surprise) started at first base and batted fourth.  1-for-5 with one RBI, one strikeout, and assisted in three double plays.

Zack Cox (GCL-Surprise) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  2-for-4 with one RBI, one walk, one strikeout, and one caught stealing.
