Nick Stavinoha's two-run shot not enough as Memphis goes down in extras. Amaury Cazana makes it three straight game-winning RBIs. Matt Adams triples and hits three-run homer to help lead Springfield to victory. Alan Ahmady drives in two but Palm Beach comes up short. Packy Elkins collects three hits and two RBIs as Quad Cities goes down.

Round Rock beat Memphis 5-4 in 13 innings

 

Individual Highlights:

Jim Rapoport 0-for-5 with two runs and one walk.

Nick Stavinoha 2-for-5 with one home run, two RBIs, one run, one walk, and assisted in four double plays.

Freddie Bynum 1-for-6 with one RBI and two strikeouts. 

Ramon Vazquez 1-for-5 with one walk, two strikeouts, and assisted in two double plays.

Andrew Brown 3-for-6 with one two-out RBI and two strikeouts.

Bryan Anderson 1-for-4 with one double, two walks, one strikeout, and one caught stealing.

Swinson injured himself after overrunning the third base bag instead of sliding and left the game in the seventh.
