As rumored all week, 2011 first round selection Kolten Wong will be in St. Louis this weekend to take a physical for the organization before finalizing his signing.


2011 fifth round selection Sam Gaviglio was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association third team and will be visiting with St. Louis Cardinals officials next week to discuss his contract.
