Ryan Jackson triples, homers, and drives in four runs in Springfield's fourth straight win. Packy Elkins doubles and knocks in four runs in Quad Cities' victory. Todd McInnis allows one run over six innings in Batavia loss. Roberto De La Cruz plates three runs in Johnson City win.

Monclova ended the season with a 47-59 record and 17.5 games out of first place.

 

Amaury Cazana (Memphis) played the first 26 games with Minatitlan before being traded to Monclova where he appeared in the remainder of his 73 games of the season.  He went a combined 130-for-382 (.340) with 21 doubles, 15 home runs, 79 RBIs, 196 total bases, 76 runs, 68 walks, 91 strikeouts, five cuaght stealing, .441 OBP, .513 SLG, and .954 OPS.  He ranked fifth in walks, eighth in strikeouts and OBP, tied for 11th in hits and RBIs, and 14th in runs in the league.
