Major League Rehabs

 

The Post-Dispatch reports that Adam Wainwright tossed 50 pitches from a distance of 120 feet and Eduardo Sanchez had a 25-pitch session on Monday.  Former GCL pitching coach and rehab specialist Derek Lilliquist will take over Dave Duncan's duties while Duncan tends to his ailing wife.
