We had noted Pritchard's promotion on Friday. His details are here.
Revesz, 23, joined the Cardinals via the 49th round in 2010 from Louisville. The left-hander missed all of 2011 due to injury after pitching for Johnson City in 2010.
Miller, a 22-year-old right-hander, was signed after being drafted in the 16th round last June from Miami, Fla. His 28 appearances were tied for the top mark in the New York-Penn League last season. With Batavia, Miller logged a record of 3-1 with a 3.26 ERA. Control was a challenge as he walked 18 while striking out 21 in 30 1/3 innings.
Wittels, 22, was known as a hitting star at Florida International, but the right-handed hitter didn't seem to be ready for full-season professional ball. In 25 games, his line was .208/.279/.273/.552.
Creath, 23, posted a 4.50 ERA in his 18 Midwest League innings. The right-hander fanned 17, but also issued eight free passes. The 44th rounder last June spent most of 2012 in the Gulf Coast League and apparently wasn't ready to make the step to Quad Cities.
Jacob, a 23-year-old right-hander from Georgia Tech, joined the River Bandits from EST after the season had gotten underway - on April 12. In his 13 relief innings with Quad Cities, he logged a 4.85 ERA. Jacobs struck out 13 and walked nine.
