Kaminsky joins three other new Cards signees

The St. Louis Cardinals have increased their officially signed contingent from the 2013 draft to 31.

On Wednesday, the St. Louis Cardinals disclosed the signing of four 2013-drafted players. Three are newly announced and one was tentatively disclosed last week, but is now final.

The latter is one of the organization's first round draft picks, the 28th overall selection from St. Joseph's Regional High School in New Jersey, left-handed pitcher Rob Kaminsky.

Other new signees also include infielder Richy Pedroza (17th round, Cal-State Fullerton), infielder J.J. Altobelli (18th round, Oregon), and first baseman Justin Ringo (28th round, Stanford).

As of yet, these players have not been assigned to minor league rosters.

They raise the total of officially signed players from the Cardinals 2013 draft class to 31 of 41.

To see which drafted players are signed and which are not, check out the Cardinals organization Roster Matrix at The Cardinal Nation blog. All signed players will be assigned to team rosters there and here on the main site once all short-season minor league clubs are set.
