Dominican (Winter) League

Aguilas Cibaenas –
Record for the Week: 4-2
- Jermaine Curtis: Curtis started the first five of Aguilas' six contests before resting on Sunday, playing second four times and the corner outfield on the 13th. The UCLA product had his best week to date, 5-for-17 with a double, two walks, two runs scored and one knocked in to raise his overall line to .294/.400/.353/.753 with a .323 BABIP in 38 at bats in 14 games. Curtis committed two errors at second, one fielding and one throwing and was caught stealing twice.
- Audry Perez: Perez went hitless in two starts this week, batting eighth and catching. He was charged with a passed ball and was pinch hitting in the ninth on Saturday when a base runner, representing the tying run, was caught stealing for the game's final out. The 0-for-8 week dropped Perez' overall numbers to .308/.357/.538/.896, 8-for-26 in nine games.

Gigantes de Cibao -
Record for the Week: 2-4
- Ronny Gil: There were two brief Gil sightings this week, both as a pinch runner. He replaced a runner at first in the seventh inning of Tuesday's game, eventually scoring his team's second run in a losing cause. Gil remained in the game at third, singling in his only at bat. The next day he represented the go-ahead run in the ninth but was erased on a double play. So far Gil has singled five times in 15 at bats over 12 games, .333/.375/.333/.708.

- Starlin Rodriguez: is not currently listed on Escogido's roster

Tigres de Licey –
Record for the Week: 1-4
- Willy Paulino: is not currently listed on the Tigres' roster..

Nicaraguan League

Note: Complete game details are difficult to decipher from Nicaraguan box scores because: 1) They are not laid out the same manner as traditional box scores and 2) The abbreviations are in Spanish.

Indios del Boer –
Record for the Week: 2-3
- Jhonny Polanco: Polanco struggled with his control this week. On Tuesday he began the eighth with his squad up 2-1 but two base-on-balls, a hit batsman, error and sacrifice fly resulted in two tallies, one earned, that gave up the lead in a game Boer eventually won. Polanco improved the next time around, retiring the side in order in the top of the 10th on the 15th. He came into the game after his predecessor served up a solo shot that proved to be the winning tally. But the control snake bit Polanco again the next day when he uncorked a ninth-inning wild pitch versus his first batter faced that allowed two inherited runners to score for the tying and winning runs. He did not allow a hit for the week and has lowered his cumulative WHIP from 2.08 to 1.83 in six innings pitched over eight games.

Puerto Rico League

Criollos de Caguas –
Record for the Week: 4-2
- Luis Mateo: Mateo's batting average nose-dived to .158 for the period with two singles and a double in 19 at bats in five starts at short. He touched home twice, drove in three, had two walks, two strikeouts and two stolen bases in three attempts. Mateo was charged with a throwing error, his second error of the season. Overall, he has a line of .231/.286/.256/.542, 9-for-39 in 11 games with a .273 BABIP.
- Iden Nazario: remains on Caguas' reserve list

Gigantes de Carolina –
Record for the Week: 3-3
- Juan Caballero: did not play
- Anthony Garcia: Garcia started all six games, five as the team's designated hitter. He took the field for the first time this season on the 11th when he played right. Garcia went 5-for-20 with two doubles, four runs scored, three RBI's and three walks against six strikeouts. That performance raises his cumulative line to .242/.324/.485/.809 in 33 at bats over 10 games with a .250 BABIP.

Indios de Mayaguez –
Record for the Week: 4-1
- Hector Hernandez: The southpaw tossed a clean eighth on Tuesday in his 2013 Puerto Rican League debut, sandwiching two free passes around a fly out, wild pitch and ground out. He followed that up by fanning his only batter faced on the 15th to leave the sacks jammed and keep the score tied in an eventual Mayaguez win.

Cangrejeros de Santurce –
Record for the Week: 1-4
- Jonathan Rodriguez: Rodriguez started Santurce's final three games week, once at third and twice at first. He singled and doubled in eight at bats with a walk, two RBI's, three strikeouts and a caught stealing.
