Gary LaRocque is opening his 40th season in organized baseball. Having been a player, coach, manager, scout, scouting director and now farm director, the St. Louis Cardinals director of player development has seen it all.

The 62-year-old is energized for another season in 2015, excited as always about helping to meld the next generation of players to fortify the Major League roster.
