More Cardinals Draftees Announce their Intent

Two more of the St. Louis Cardinals’ first seven 2015 draftees have apparently come to terms with the organization.

On the heels of the earlier news that St. Louis Cardinals’ first-round draft pick, outfielder Nick Plummer, has come to terms with the organization, so have at least three others. They are fourth-rounder Paul DeJong, fifth round selection Ryan Helsley and 36th rounder Dylan Tice. All three announced their intentions via Twitter on Saturday morning.

Chances are very good that a number of other 2015 draftees are also ready to sign as soon as they pass the necessary physical examinations. As of yet, the Cardinals have not officially announced any signings, but should disclose the first batch within the next few days. Initial team assignments will follow.
