FSN MIDWEST to Air First Game At Busch

FSN MIDWEST will televise the first game ever at the new Busch Stadium. Check out the Cardinals minor league affiliates, the Triple-A, Memphis Redbirds vs Double-A, Springfield Cardinals.

FSN Midwest will televise the first game at new Busch Stadium, a minor league exhibition between the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds and Double-A Springfield Cardinals, live on Tuesday, April 4 at 6:00 PM.

Dan McLaughlin and Al Hrabosky call the game, with Jim Hayes reporting. Hayes will report from various locations throughout the ballpark.

Tuesday's telecast is titled First Look First Pitch: Busch Stadium '06, and aims to convey to viewers the look and feel of the new ballpark. It's a test run for the stadium, as well as fans' first chance to get a live look at the Cardinals new home.

Coverage begins with a taped special, Building The New Busch, at 5:30 PM.

FSN Midwest telecasts 110 regular-season Cardinals games in 2006, including the home opener from Busch vs. Milwaukee on Monday, April 10. Its regular-season slate begins Wednesday, April 5 when the Cardinals visit Philadelphia.
