Jeff Luhnow, the Cardinals' Vice President of Player Procurement, talks about this year's crop of pitching standouts from the Dominican Summer League and much more in Part Two of this three-part exclusive audio interview!

Upon his return from the Dominican Republic and the conclusion of the 2006 season last week, Cardinals Vice President of Player Procurement Jeff Luhnow sat down for an extensive discussion covering the standout players from the Cardinals' Dominican Summer League (DSL) squad this season.

In this clip, Jeff recaps the just-completed 2006 DSL season from the pitching perspective. The organization's 2006 Pitcher of the Year, left-hander Hector Cardenas, is singled out, as are right-handers Andres Rosales, Omar Javier, Francisco Samuel, Carlos Gonzalez and Angel Tapia.
