Solano told the local newspaper that this may be his final year playing in the Colombian League.  He explains that the Cardinals scouts would like to see him get some experience in either the Dominican or Venezuelan Leagues to help prepare him for the majors. El Heraldo

The League president will meet with Cangrejeros de Santurce owner Jose Valentin and the stadium owner in hopes of putting aside their differences so the team can play in their home city.  If nothing can be finalized, the team will play in a neighboring city, Guaynabo, and could quite possibly move the franchise there for 2010-2011. Scott Boras and Tony Bernazard are close to signing a deal: NY Daily News

From what I hear, it is creating a lot of negative buzz amongst the other agents throughout the Latin baseball community.  Bernazard was the New York Mets' Vice President of Player Development before getting into a couple confrontations and being fired.
