Arizona Fall League

 

Daryl Jones (Springfield) started in centerfield and batted leadoff.  0-for-5 with two strikeouts.

Tyler Henley (Springfield) started in left field and batted eighth.  1-for-3 with one double, one run, and one walk.

Adam Reifer (Palm Beach) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs, and one walk. (p-s:7-3)(g/f:2-1)

 

Phoenix beat Surprise 7-6

Reid Gorecki (Former Springfield-Navojoa) started as designated hitter and batted third.  1-for-4 with one run, one walk, one stolen base, and one strikeout.

Anthony Fonseca (VSL-Caracas) started in left field and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with one stolen base and one strikeout.

Jonathan Gonzalez (Quad Cities-Zulia) entered in the ninth and pitched two innings.  He allowed two hits, no runs, one walk, and struck out three earning the winning decision (1-0).  (g/f:1-1)

 

Zulia beat La Guaira 8-5

 

Alberto Rivero (GCL) started in centerfield and batted leadoff.  1-for-3 with onerun, one walk, and one strikeout.

Cesar Valera (GCL) started at shortstop and batted third.  2-for-4 with one RBI and one error.

Geney Rios (GCL) entered in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed one hit, no runs, one walk, and struck out one. (g/f:0-2)

Dominican League

 

Timo Perez (Former St. Louis-Licey) started in left field and batted third.  1-for-4 with one home run, three RBIs, one run, one outfield assist, and assisted in one double play.

Amaury Cazana (Memphis-Licey) started in right field and batted sixth.  1-for-2 with one double, one RBI, and one strikeout.

D'Angelo Jimenez (Former Memphis-Licey) entered in the ninth at third base, no at-bat.
