Arizona Fall League

 

Daniel Descalso (Memphis) started at second base and batted second.  1-for-5 with one run and one strikeout.

Daryl Jones (Springfield) started in right field and batted eighth.  1-for-4 with one double and one run.

Mike McCoy (Former Memphis-Culiacan) started at shortstop and batted leadoff.  1-for-4 with one run, one walk, one stolen base, and one strikeout.

Orber Moreno (Former Memphis-Caracas) entered in the eighth and pitched to four batters.  He allowed two hits, one earned run, and struck out two.

Ted Obregon (Johnson City) started at third base and moved to second, batting leadoff.  4-for-5 with one home run, one RBI, two runs, one hit by pitch, and one stolen base

Alberto Rivero (GCL) started in centerfield and batted second.  0-for-3 with one RBI, two runs, three walks, two strikeouts, and one error.

Cesar Valera (GCL) started at shortstop and batted third.  2-for-6 with one RBI, one run, one strikeout, and one error.

Hector Garcia (VSL) started at first base and batted fourth.  2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs.

Kevin Moscatel (GCL) started at catcher and batted fifth.  1-for-1 with one walk and one hit by pitch.

Gerardo Mambell (GCL) entered as a pinch hitter and took over right field, batting seventh.  0-for-1 with one RBI ands one walk.

Fernando Cedeno (VSL) entered in the seventh and pitched two innings.  He allowed one hit, no runs, and one walk. (g/f:5-1)

Hector Corpas (VSL) entered in the ninth and pitched three innings.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck one out. (g/f:1-6)

 

Kleininger Teran (Johnson City-Aragua) started at first base and batted fifth.  3-for-4 with one RBI, one run, and one walk.


St. Louis and Aragua tied 8-8 after 11 innings

 

 

Dominican League
