Yasser Gomez (Cuban Free Agent-Gigantes) entered in the eighth as a pinch hitter and took over centerfield, batting eighth.  1-for-2 with one two-out RBI.

Jolbert Cabrera (Former Memphis-Azucareros) started at first base and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with one double and one strikeout.

Matt Pagnozzi (Memphis-Azucareros) started at catcher and batted eighth.  0-for-2 and allowed two stolen bases.

Julio Manon (Former Johnson City-Azucareros) entered in the eighth and pitched 1.2 innings.  He allowed one hit, no runs, one walk, and struck out one for the save (2).  (g/f:2-2)(ir-s:3-2)

 

Timo Perez (Former St. Louis-Licey) entered in the eight as a pinch hitter and batted fifth.  0-for-1 at the plate.

Mark Shorey (Memphis-Barranquilla) had a game-tying two-run home run.  Chris Swuager (Palm Beach-Barranquilla) had a triple and scored in the third inning.  Adron Chambers (Palm Beach-Barranquilla) was intentionally walked with the bases loaded.  Donovan Solano (Memphis-Barranquilla) had one RBI.

Edgard Montiel (Former DSL-Granada) has played in 23 games going 5-for-19 (.263) with four RBIs, three runs, one walk, and four strikeouts.

Raul Gonzalez (Former Memphis-Carolina) started in left field and batted third.  0-for-5 with one strikeout and grounded into two double plays.

Luis Mateo (Johnson City-Carolina) started at second base and batted ninth.  0-for-3 with two strikeouts ands assisted in two double plays.

Ruben Gotay (MiLB Signing-Carolina) entered in the ninth as a pinch hitter and batted ninth.  1-for-1 at the plate.

Ivan Maldonado (Former MiLB Signing-Carolina) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs. (g/f:2-1)
