bonus. Mateo originally signed with the St. Louis Cardinals, but his

The Pittsburgh Pirates signed 17-year old Dominican outfielder Willy Garcia at a $280,000 bonus. MLB Fanhouse's Frankie Piliere wrote about the 24 international prospects that you should keep an eye on. Piliere told me the Cardinals have interest in Dominican outfielder Vicmal De La Cruz and a couple other Venezuelan players.
