Jason Stidham drove in the winners for Quad Cities as the system went 4-1 on Monday.

The Redbirds scored eight in the first two innings and cruised behind Adam Ottavino and the bullpen. Allen Craig and Mark Hamilton each homered and drove in three.

Scott McGregor picked up the win in relief of Mark Diapoules, who allowed just one unearned run in 4 1/3 despite four Charlotte hits and four walks. David Carpenter fanned two in the eighth with the sacks full. The Cardinals won despite going just 3-for-17 with runners in scoring position.

The Bandits came back with two in the bottom of the tenth on a Jason Stidham single to win the game after Aaron Terry gave up a solo home run in the top of the inning.
