Since then, he is 1-1 with a 4.09 ERA in two July outings with his next start scheduled on Sunday, July 18 at New Orleans.
The first-year Redbird spent the entire 2009 season with Double-A Springfield and was selected to the 2007 Midwest League All-Star Game when with Single-A Quad Cities.
In the All-Star Game, held Wednesday in Lehigh Valley, PA, Dickson pitched one inning. He allowed a leadoff single before collecting three outs, including one strikeout. The PCL fell to the International League by a 2-1 score.
