According to tweets from Eduardo Encina, Orioles beat writer for the Baltimore Sun, Cubs reliever Pedro Strop went to the hospital as a precaution after the accident on Thrusday. The x-rays were negative and he needed 3-4 stitches in his left elbow. Strop told Encina he was doing okay and was not seriously injured.
