Both teams hammered out 11 hits Friday, and Dave Hansen cracked his first home run of the spring off Giants right-hander Matt Herges in the sixth inning. Attendance for the Cubs' spring home opener was 12,857. Last year, the Cubs shattered their previous attendance record by drawing 177,008 for the spring.
