Dodger Farm Teams Post .518 Percentage

Dodger farm clubs recorded a 393-366 won lost record during the 2007 season, with the Gulf Coast Dodgers winning their division but losing in the championship round to the Yankees and Inland Empire losing twice in the Cal League South Division playoffs after tying for the first half title.

Las Vegas finished with a rush but couldn't get out of the league basement. Manager Lorenzo Bundy provided a number of players for the Dodgers during the season, including James Loney, Matt Kemp and Tony Abreu.

Jacksonville was second in the South Division and only a record winning streak by Montgomery edged them out of the Southern League playoff picture.

Inland Empire tied for the first half South Division title but lost in a tie-breaking game during the second half of the season. They qualified for the division playoffs but lost in two games to Lake Elsinore.

Great Lakes, with the youngest team in the Midwest League, fought their way out of last place in the final days of the season.

Ogden could never get untracked and finished third the the four-team South Division of the Pioneer League.

The Gulf Coast Dodgers rolled over all competition to win the East Division championship with a 40-15 record but were beaten in three games in the final playoffs.

The Dominican Dodgers rolled up a .642 winning percentage (43-24) but couldn't catch the Giants and finished second in the Boca Chica North Division.
