Nope. I hope this is not a sign of things to come throughout the day or it will be a wasted day of opportunity. Aviles was hitting 2nd for about 2 weeks while ACab was out. At this point, Giambi hitting 4th is no worse than Swisher.
Chisenhall gets off the snide by taking it completely out of Camden Yards. The way Hamilton was calling it, he was running out of breath, I guess it was because it was hit so high, I was afraid it was going to be caught because he paused at times. And the fans were so quiet, so I was trying to figure out what was going on. Interesting AB by Chisenhall, took two high strikes, a curveball and a fastball to start off the AB, then got a fastball that he launched. I wonder if it is a sign of a concerted effort by Chisenhall to actually wait for his pitch and not just swing at any old strike. That is something that I wonder if Brantley needs to do as well. Brantley has too good an eye and bat control that he really shouldn't be scared of two strikes and he should just learn to look for his pitch instead of just swinging at any strike to make contact.
2 out single by Giambi wasted when Santana goes after the first pitch and flies out to shallow left. Kluber finally breaks the mold and gets two outs to start the 3rd. But is it too late the way this offense has been going.
Kluber is going to give up the lead again. This is one of the reasons why I am pissed at the FO for making the transactions they made, if they had House they could actually USE HIM TODAY! Kluber isn't as sharp today and is struggling, if Francona wants to win this game he has to find someone to give him shutout innings or any dreams of getting under two games from Detroit is going to go bye-bye.
