Jeff Ellis: Riley Echols' first three years at Central Arkansas saw his walk rate regress every year while his strikeout rate also declined. He moved to Freed-Hardeman, an NAIA program that saw his strikeout rate jump while his walk rate dropped. He should be a potential starter for Mahoning Valley this summer.
