Jeff Ellis: Zach Draper is another classic Indians pick. His strikeout rate was over nine with a walk rate of 1.4. He struck out 100 batters and walked just 15 in 95.1 innings. He was nothing short of dominant for the College of Idaho. He is a bit older turning 23 this year and will get a chance to be a starter this year in Mahoning Valley.
