Jose Reyes will return to the New York Mets for the first time since his departure from the team following the 2011 season. The Mets haven't made their lineup official, but Reyes will reportedly hit leadoff and play third base. The Mets host the Miami Marlins in search of their sixth consecutive win.
The Amazin's have the second worst production from the leadoff spot with a .230 average this season. Reyes can provide a spark to a Mets offense which prior to this recent five-game streak was struggling mightily to produce runs.
