The ever-changing Harrisburg roster was hit again today as the Senators announced several more changes. Added to the active roster are pitchers David Gil from the disabled list and Jacobo Sequea, just added to the organization.
Off the Senators' roster today will be pitcher Jason Norderum, sent to Vermont and pitcher John Ogiltree, moved to Potomac. The Senators remain at 23 active players with the moves.
Gil has been sidelined since he was placed on the DL on May 28th with Kidney Stones. The kidney stones caused severe back pain for Gil. When active, David appeared in 13 games with a 1-0 record and a 3.25 ERA.
Sequea comes to Harrisburg from the Baltimore organization where he was playing at triple-A Ottawa. With the Lynx, Sequea was 0-1 with a 7.58 ERA in 18 appearances this year. He also picked up 5 saves. In Bowie last season, he had a career-high 27 saves.
