Nationals Prospect Power Rankings - 4/13

Here are the top 20 performances by the Nationals' prospects in the long season leagues. This is our first of a weekly series here on CapitolDugout.com that will track the top performers in the Washington farm system throughout the season. Now, let's take a look at this week's list.

Note: This list is not about who are the better players or prospects, but rather who is doing the best and making the most of their opportunities.

3 John Lannan POT Highly touted lefty has been lights out in his first 2 starts, compiling a 0.69 ERA and a 2-0 record.  He has struck out 8 compared to just 1 walk. NA
       
4 T.J. Nall HBG Hard throwing righty's 0-2 record doesn't tell the story, as he has compiled a 2.25 ERA in 12 innings, walking 3 and striking out 12. NA
       
5 Edgardo Baez POT 21-year old is currently hitting .368 with 2 home runs, 2 doubles and 6 RBI.  Only downside is he is yet to draw a walk. NA
       
6 Craig Stammen TAM Stammen is already 2-0 with a 3.27 ERA in 11 innings, while striking out 5 and walking just 2. NA
       
7 Leonard Davis HAG Off to a quick start, Davis is hitting .344 to go along with his impressive .594 slugging percentage. NA
       
8 Dee Brown POT His pace has slowed of late, but Brown is still hitting .296 with 1 home run and 3 RBI for Potomac. NA
       
9 Collin Balester HBG Righty has been very solid over 2 starts, going 1-0 with a 3.60 ERA while striking out 10 and walking 2 in 10 innings. NA
       
10 Clint Everts POT Former first rounder was superb in his season debut, tossing 6 innings of 3 hit, shutout baseball and picking up the win. NA
       
11 Adam Carr POT Hard throwing righty has been lights out in the closer role, holding his opponents to a .167 average.  He is yet to allow a run. NA
       
12 Jack Spradlin POT Has been strong out of the pen, compiling a 2.08 ERA and holding the opposition to a .235 batting average. NA
       
13 Yunior Novoa HAG Southpaw was dominant over his first five innings of work, giving up just 1 hit and striking out 4. NA
       
14 Rogearvin Bernadina POT Bernadina is currently hitting a solid .289 with 5 RBI.  He also has 4 stolen bases without being caught. NA
       
15 Chris Marrero HAG He's cooled after the first few games, but is still batting a solid .263 with 4 RBI. NA
       
16 Josh Wilkie HAG Opponents have had little luck against Wilkie, as he's struck out 7 in 6 1/3 innings of work out of the bullpen. NA
       
17 Coby Mavroulis HAG He's been solid out of the pen, surrendering just 2 runs in 5 1/3 innings of work, while striking out 4 and walking just 1. NA
       
18 Mike Daniel HAG Daniel has been a spark plug in the Suns' lineup and recently moved into the third spot. Has hit 2 home runs and driven in 8 runs. NA
       
19 Stephen King HAG He's been hit or miss, literally, so far but has launched his first 2 professional home runs and has driven in 3. NA
       
20 Anastacio Martinez HBG Began the season on a very high note, compiling a stellar 1.13 ERA in two appearances and 7 strikeouts. NA
