It talks abotu how most of his insane arguing theatrics weren't caused by loose cannon raw anger, but were cold and calculated productions to make sure he got tossed after a bad call rather than one of his players. Earl is quoted as telling players "I'm not the one who will hit the 3 run homer, so let me deal with teh umpires"
I also like Ken Singelton's quote where he said "Early got tossed 6 more times that aren't listed because he got tossed before the games started." (Maybe those ejections were anger fueled...hahaha)
