The Baysox southpaw makes his debut on The Hotsheet after delivering an eight plus-inning gem that brought his overall record to 4-5 with a 4.03 ERA.

#2 Terry TiffeeNorfolk Tides – 12 for 31 (5 runs scored, 2HR, 3 RBI, 2 2B)

Norfolk's third baseman stepped up big this week with three 3-hit games and an impressive .390 average for the week. The former Twins prospect is looking like a worthwhile minor league free agent signing.

#3 Jason DuboisNorfolk Tides – 10 for 25 (2 HR, 7 runs scored, 2 RBI)

The Tides DH/outfielder is on fire of late, posting a .361 batting average over his last 10 games.

#4 Timothy Bascom – Delmarva Shorebirds – 5.0 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 9 K

The right-hander made his professional debut after being drafted in the 4th round in early June. In just 5 innings of work, Bascom didn't allow a hit and struck out, but failed to get the decision.

#5 Brandon Fahey Norfolk Tides – 8 for 21 (3 2B, 2 3B, 2 RBI)

Norfolk's infielder was having another impressive week before being called up by the Orioles. His overall numbers are still underwhelming, but he has looked better since a rough April.

#6 Matt CepickyBowie Baysox – 7 for 21 (6 2B, 4 runs scored, 3 RBI)

The Baysox DH showed his ability to tally up the extra-base hits, with 6 doubles and a .340 average.

#7 Mark Fleischer – Frederick Keys – 7 for 21 (4 2B, 3 runs scored)

The Radford University product is showing signs of life at the plate with a .340 average this week, compared to his season average of .231.

#8 Cory DoyneNorfolk Tides – 3.0 IP 2H, 3K

The International League saves leader picked up three saves this week in addition to being named to the International League All Star team with battery mate J.R. House.

#9 Kennard Jones Frederick Keys – 7 for 24 (6 RBI, 2 HR, 3B)

The Keys' centerfielder continues his development at the plate and is batting .351 over his last 10 games.

#10 Ryan FinanFrederick Keys – 8 for 25

The Keys' third baseman, who is second on the team in games played with sixty-eight and leads the team with 6 homeruns, compiled a .320 average for the week with hits in 6 straight games.

Bryan BassBowie Baysox – 0 for 17

The Baysox third baseman and former first round pick continues to struggle at the plate and is now batting .194 through fifty-five games.

Jonathan TuckerFrederick Keys – 1 for 18

The team's stolen base leader was unable to help his ball club out this week after collecting just one hit.

David CashDelmarva Shorebirds – 1 for 18

The Shorebirds' outfielder collected only one base hit this week and was pegged out on the base path in his only stolen base attempt.
