San Antonio and Fort Wayne set season high in runs scored. El Paso and Lake Elsinore also win as the offensive explosion in PETCO trickles all the way down.

Prospect Watch:El Paso scored the least amount of runs of any team in the organization and still posted seven. The big blow came in the seventh as a pair of errors by Tacoma allowed the Chihuahuas to plate three and pull ahead for good...Jake Goebbert may be the left-handed corner bat the organization has been looking for. He hit his eighth overall home run tonight. He also has a 23/26 BB/K ratio and a .352 OBP for the season...Sampson has now given up six home runs in his last three starts.

Missions 12 - Northwest Arkansas Naturals 0

Prospect Watch:The Missions scored in double digits for the first time all year as three batters had four or more hits. Veteran right-hander Josh Geer was the beneficiary of San Antonio's offensive explosion as the Missions. In his nine previous starts the Missions had scored a combined total of 15 runs for Geer; he got 12 tonight....Fuentes hit his third home run in three games...Geer has lowered his ERA to 2.97 in 57.2 innings...Portillo has a 1.19 ERA coming out of the pen with a 29/15 K/BB ratio in 22.2 innings. Although six of those walks came in a two game stretch...Get ready to start hearing the calls for Liriano. He is hitting .365/.433/.647 in May.

Storm 9 - Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 1

Prospect Watch: The Storm put four runs on the board in the first inning and that is all Zach Eflin needed as he picked up his fifth win of the season as he tied with his teammate Joe Ross for the overall lead in the organization with five wins...Corey Adamson had a season high four hits and has an .807 OPS for the season. In May he is hitting .311/.392/.400...Once again Zach Eflin is showing why he is one of the better pitchers in the organization. A 47/12 K/Bb ratio in 55.2 innings and he has thrown at least five innings in all 10 of his starts..

Prospect Watch:In a night where every team was putting runs on the board the TinCaps set a season high with 17 runs. Fort Wayne scored 12 runs in the first three innings, came out unscathed in a bench clearing brawl and with the exception of one bad inning, just pounded the Lugnuts...Fernando Perez keeps rolling, .320/.341/.472. He has five walks to go along with his five home runs in 183 plate appearances...Peterson is second in the organization in RBI with 30...Mallex Smith Watch He now has 35 stolen bases in 44 games, nine off the pace for a stolen base a game.
