Scouting Video: Cory Luebke brings the game to you in our exclusive scouting video series. This edition shows Cory Luebke on the hill in Lake Elsinore pitching for the Storm during the California League playoffs.

Cory Luebke, drafted in the supplemental first-round of the 2007 MLB Draft, saw action at three different levels in his first professional season.

After going 3-0 with a 1.46 ERA for the Eugene Emeralds, allowing just a pair of walks while fanning 26 in 24.2 innings, the southpaw was promoted to Fort Wayne.

He went 1-2 with a 3.33 ERA over five starts for the Wizards, walking five and striking out 30 in 27 frames. Luebke was then promoted to Lake Elsinore for the stretch drive - a valuable arm for the playoffs.

Things didn't go as well for him with the Storm. Tired after a long year, Luebke posted a 1-1 record and a 7.71 ERA in two games. He would be a commodity in the playoffs, posting a 3.18 ERA over three starts.
