Belnome was taken in this year's draft and was among the league leaders in the Northwest League. Decker led the Midwest League in on-base percentage as a 19-year-old.

He finished up hitting .297 with the TinCaps during the playoffs, smacking five extra base hits and notching seven RBI. Belnome has a relaxed hitting stance that he can use to generate power.
Jaff Decker slugged 16 homers this season in the Midwest League while hitting .299. He continued his mastery of the season, clubbing two homers in the playoffs and posting a .462 on-base percentage. Decker has an open stance, giving him a good view of the ball. He also has knowledge of the strike zone and can get to the inside pitch.
