The minor league pitching coaches will be Rod Nichols (Lehigh Valley), Bob Milacki (Reading), Dave Lundquist (Clearwater), Steve Shrenk (Lakewood), Lance Carter (Williamsport) and Carlos Arroyo and Les Lancaster in the Gulf Coast League. Hitting coaches will be Sal Rende (Lehigh Valley), Frank Cacciatore (Reading), Greg Legg (Lakewood), Jorge Velandia (Williamsport) and Kevin Jordan (GCL). The Phillies still have an opening for a hitting coach at Clearwater.
