Hoskins just missed a second home run in the game when he doubled high off the fence. The hits also extended Hoskins streak of reaching base to 19 straight games... Roman Quinn and Logan Moore also both had two hits in the game. Quinn delivered a two-run, game tying double in the third, driving in Moore, who had led off the inning with a single. Quinn later scored on a base-hit by Cam Perkins. Moore also had a two-run double for Lehigh Valley to make it a 6-2 game.

Pigs' Notes: Nick Williams was hit by a pitch and later left the game. There's no report on any possible injury... Lehigh Valley took two-of-three in Columbus, just as they had done against the Clippers last week when they were at Coca-Cola Park. The six-game road trip continues Friday in Toledo... The IronPigs are now 11-9, 2 1/2 games back of Buffalo in the IL North.

AA: Reading Fightin' Phils

Reading was off Thursday night after wrapping up a four-game road trip that saw them go 4-0 in those games. There were two rainouts on the trip. They return home Friday night against Portland.

Fightins' Notes: With the rainouts and an off-day on Thursday, Reading has had pitcher Shane Watson temporarily reassigned to Williamsport in order to add infielder Jorge Flores, who was activated off the DL... The Fightins are in third place in the EL Eastern Division, at 9-7, 1 1/2 games out of first.
