AAA - Lehigh Valley IronPigs
The IronPigs were off on Monday night, as they come off of a six-game road trip that ended 3-3. They're home for just three days though as they face the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders for three games at Coca-Cola Park. The IronPigs are 12-11, 2 1/2 games behind front-running Buffalo in the IL North, standing in fourth place.
Mark Appel (1-2, 6.11) starts Tuesday night for Lehigh Valley.

Hitter's Notes: Jiandido Tromp has hit safely in six of the last eight games, upping his average from .243 to .281. Tromp had two hits in Monday night's game... Aaron Brown (.235) and Kyle Martin (.167) both had two hits in the game, as well. Martin delivered the only RBI of the game for Reading.
Pitcher's Notes: Leibrandt seemingly ran out of gas in the sixth inning. After getting the first two outs, he gave up a double to McBroom and an RBI single to Harold Ramirez. A double from Emilio Guerrero plated another run, stretching New Hampshire's lead to 4-1... Yacksel Rios threw two perfect innings in relief of Leibrandt, striking out two... Tom Windle threw a scoreless ninth inning, giving him four straight outings without allowing an earned run. The mini-streak has lowered his ERA from 18.00 to 9.39.
Fightins Notes: Reading had eight hits, but they were all singles... Reading is now 11-9 on the season, tied for third in the Eastern Division, 2 1/2 games behind Trenton.
High-A - Jupiter [Marlins] 3, Clearwater 7

Hitter's Notes: Marrero and Laird went back-to-back in the third inning to tie the game 2-2... Grullon's home run was a long one, into the left field bullpen... Herlis Rodriguez and Wilson Garcia each had two hits for the Threshers.
Pitcher's Notes: Dominguez was shaky in the first inning, giving up the two runs that he allowed in the first. He settled in from there though, and gave Clearwater six innings, allowing six hits, two walks and just the two runs. He struck out six in the game... In all, three Clearwater pitchers struck out nine batters, while walking four.
Low-A - Lakewood BlueClaws
Lakewood was off Monday night, preparing for a seven-game road trip to Charleston and Columbia. Bailey Falter (0-1, 4.85) starts Tuesday night in Charleston. Lakewood is off to a 13-12 start, good enough for second place in the Northern Division, 2 1/2 games behind Hagerstown for the top spot.
