Winterball Roundup - 12/11

David Paisano helped make up for a slow winterball stint on Saturday by going 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles from the top of the La Guaira order. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's winterball action.

Venezuelan Winter League


Designated hitter Max Ramirez (.311/.413/.417) had a single and a walk in four plate appearances, giving him 10 free passes in his last 10 contests.

Magallanes shortstop Andres Blanco (.299/.351/.379) was 2-for-6 with a pair of strikeouts.



Liga Paralela (Venezuela Minor League)

La Guaira leadoff hitter and centerfielder David Paisano (.293/.333/.391) helped lead his club to 11 runs on Saturday when he went 4-for-5 with two doubles, three runs scored, and three runs batted in.



Dominican Winter League

There were no games on Saturday. The Liga Dominicana All-Stars will travel to Puerto Rico, where they will face the Puerto Rican Winter League All-Star club on Sunday evening.



Puerto Rican Winter League

There were no games on Saturday in preparation for Sunday's All-Star Game.



Mexican Pacific League
