The Arizona Fall League season concluded with Saturday's championship game. There will be a piece reviewing the performances of Rangers prospects in the circuit on the site later this week.

Guilder Rodriguez appeared as a pinch runner for Lara in the seventh inning. He scored a run but didn't have a plate appearance.

La Guaira's Joe Ortiz worked two-thirds of an inning without allowing a run. The southpaw specialist gave up a hit and recorded a strikeout, lowering his ERA to 4.66.

Dominican Winter League

Licey's Engel Beltre entered as a pinch hitter in the seventh inning and singled once in two at-bats, raising his winterball average to .294.

Carlos Pimentel (0.61 ERA/.070 BAA) retired all four batters he faced against the Toros, striking out three. The 21-year-old lefty has a phenomenal stat-line so far––14.2 ip, 3 h, 1 er, 9 bb, 19 k.

Left-handed reliever Corey Young has become the latest Rangers product to join the Leones del Escogido. He joins Pimentel, Julio Borbon, and Craig Gentry. Gentry also signed with Escogido earlier this week but is yet to appear in a game.

Mexican Pacific League

Jose Felix's batting average fell to .130 after he went 0-for-3 with a strikeout. The catcher is 2-for-22 in his last 10 contests, and both of those hits came in the same game.

Puerto Rican Winter League

No Rangers appeared on Sunday.

Liga Paralela (Venezuela Minor League)
