The Saguaros picked up a 6-1 victory on Friday with three Rangers prospects taking part.

Surprise lefty reliever Jimmy Reyes (0.00 ERA/.208 BAA in 7 IP) closed out the game with a perfect ninth inning, striking out one and throwing all seven of his pitches for a strike.
Per the Surprise Stadium pitch f/x data, Reyes' inning went as follows:

Boscan has the following stat-line through those three starts––12.2 ip, 7 h, 0 r, 4 bb, 8 k.
In the start, Boscan was matched up against Margarita hurler and former Rangers prospect Tanner Roark. Roark, who's now in the Washington Nationals' system, posted a 4.39 ERA in 147.2 innings at Triple-A Syracuse this past season.
Utility man Guilder Rodriguez, recently re-signed to a minor league deal by the Rangers, entered as a defensive replacement in center field and went hitless in two at-bats.
Young outfielder Eduard Pinto grounded out as a pinch-hitter in the ninth inning of the Magallanes' 3-1 loss.
Six Rangers farmhands appeared for six different Liga Paralela clubs on Friday.
Tiburones right fielder Jhonny Gomez went 2-for-4 with an RBI, bumping his season line up to .426/.491/.660 through 12 contests. La Guaira left fielder Alex Gonzalez was 0-for-3 but drew a pair of walks. Gonzalez, like Gomez, is normally an outfielder but has manned a corner outfield spot for his winterball club at times.
Magallanes third baseman Elio Castillo went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base. Caracas shortstop Santiago Chirino (0/4) and Caimanes centerfielder Diego Cedeno (0/6) both went hitless. Cedeno picked up the golden sombrero, striking out four times.
Finally, Teodoro Martinez made his first Liga Paralela appearance of the season for Aragua. The 20-year-old prospect came on as a defensive replacement in the seventh inning. He didn't have a plate appearance.
The 5-foot-11 Martinez is coming off a regular season in which he appeared in 113 games at High-A Myrtle Beach. He posted a .271/.316/.364 slash line with 12 stolen bases in 23 attempts.
Venados de Mazatlan right fielder Joey Butler broke out of his mini-slump by going 2-for-4 with a double and a run batted in. He's now 6-for-25 (.240) with a double and a home run in seven Liga Mexicana del Pacifico contests.
