Hawaii Winter Baseball: West Oahu 7 – Honolulu 8

Chad Tracy appeared in his first game since October 3 and picked up his first two hits in Hawaii Winter Baseball. Tracy was the designated hitter and went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI.

First baseman Ian Gac went hitless in four at bats. He his 6-for-29 with a pair of doubles this winter.

K.C. Herren and Craig Gentry each appeared as pinch runners, but neither recorded an at bat.

Arizona Fall League: Surprise 9 – Mesa 3

A pair of Rangers prospects helped to tag former Ranger farmhand Daniel Haigwood for five earned runs in two-thirds of an inning.

Third baseman German Duran tripled in the game's first inning and was brought in on a home run from John Mayberry. Duran and Mayberry each added singles later on. Mayberry also walked.

Scott Feldman hurled three scoreless innings, surrendering only one hit. The right-hander walked two and struck out three.

Relief pitcher Kea Kometani struck out all three batters he faced in his Arizona Fall League debut.

Mexican Winter League

Centerfielder Brandon Boggs went 0-for-3 with a walk in a losing effort for Mexicali.

Obregon left fielder Jason Botts singled once in four at bats.

Venezuelan Winter League
Begins October 11

Right-handed pitcher Kendy Batista, who is a minor league free agent, did not allow a baserunner in 1 2/3 innings of relief. He recorded one strikeout.
