West Oahu first baseman Ian Gac launched his first home run of the Hawaii Winter Baseball season on Sunday afternoon. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's winterball action.

First baseman Ian Gac (.229/.341/.371) hit his first home run of the winter on Sunday afternoon. The Seattle native was 1-for-3 with a pair of RBI.

DH K.C. Herren tripled for his only hit in four at bats. It was his second triple of the winter.

A Jose Marte error led to three unearned runs in 1 2/3 innings. The reliever gave up two hits, walked one, and struck out two.

Mexican Winter League

Brandon Boggs was 1-for-5 with a pair of strikeouts on Sunday.

DH Jason Botts – who was 0-for-4 – also struck out twice.

Venezuelan Winter League

Salomon Manriquez, who spent his 2007 season with Double-A Frisco but is a minor league free agent, was 2-for-5 in his first game of the winter for the Magallanes.

Another free-agent-to-be – RHP Kendy Batista – struck out one in 1 1/3 hitless innings. Batista has appeared in three of La Guaira's last four games and has yet to allow a hit or a walk.
