West Oahu first baseman Ian Gac turned in another solid effort on Sunday, as he launched his fifth home run of the winter. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's winterball action.

Hawaii Winter Baseball: West Oahu 3 – Waikiki 6
8-16-1, 9.5 GB

First baseman Ian Gac (.313/.403/.627) went 2-for-2 with a double and a home run on Sunday evening in Hawai'i. Gac's home run was his fifth, tying him for second in HWB along with teammate Chad Tracy.

Craig Gentry went 1-for-5 with two runs driven in while right fielder K.C. Herren was hitless in four at-bats.

Arizona Fall League: Surprise – OFF
11-5, 2.0 GU

The Arizona Fall League is off on Sundays.

Mexican Winter League

Jason Botts' average fell to .400 after he went 0-for-3 in Obregon's loss. He did have one walk.

Brandon Boggs and his Mexicali Eagles played a doubleheader on Sunday. The Georgia Tech product was 2-for-4 with a double in the first game and 1-for-4 in the nightcap. He is batting .338 for the Mexican Pacific League season.

Venezuelan Winter League

La Guaira backstop Max Ramirez was 0-for-1 with a walk. He is 1-for-9 with four walks in four games this winter.

Free agent Kendy Batista (0.87 ERA/.143 BAA in 10.1 IP) gave up just one walk in 1 2/3 scoreless innings.

Another minor league free agent – Chris Baker – hurled 1 1/3 innings of no-hit relief, walking one and fanning two.

Dominican Winter League

All of Sunday's games were postponed due to rain.
